Cannot read the screen due to loose monitor cable.

Cause:

Monitor cable connected to the video card is loose.

Solution:

Properly orient the cable connector to the video adapter connector and press the cable connector firmly on the video adapter connector. Tighten cable connector screws into the video adapter connector.
